Vanessa Spina, THANK YOU! Ketogenic Girl’s Podcast, Fast Keto is my #1 favorite. It is the most relatable to me because it’s very scientific with a big emphasis on biohacking. Plus, she’s a female who is about the same size as me so naturally I feel that I can follow her advice more than a huge male bodybuilder. For those of you are focused on healing the brain, optimizing your health, and hearing the journey of young woman who was a vegetarian for over a decade and is now a major advocate of ketogenic eating for healing, this is the podcast for YOU!

Dr. Anthony Gustin is the host of The Keto Answers Podcast, the creator of Perfect Keto nutrition line, and my hunk-a-burnin’ love celebrity crush. Yes, please! I’m obsessed with learning as much as possible about this ketogenic lifestyle while I do my keto experiment. I’m grateful people like him are showing up with this amazing free content full of FACTS! I became a certified Health Coach via The Integrative Institute of Nutrition. It was so shocking when I learned that only one semester of medical school is spent on nutrition. And not optimal nutrition, the standard american diet. AAH! I love it when doctors take the time to learn all there is to learn about the different ways we can fully heal ourselves through what we eat.

The Keto For Women Show with NTP, Shawn Mynar has really been rocking my world. I enjoy her choices of guests and her intuitive method around eating. She gives incredibly thorough and important suggests that are specific to women. She has multiple programs where you can work with her. They all include kits to test your gut, blood, etc depending on which program you’re interested in. (ie. The Good Gut Project, Happy Hormones Project, The Fat Burning Female Project, and more!) I love that she includes testing your levels of everything to ensure to trackable progress. I highly recommend her to all women on a ketogenic diet. Especially if you’re struggling. She could have the answers!
